CUTTING TO SIZE

We use a process by which we can cut our tubes to very precise lengths outside the initial manufacturing range. In addition, there is the possibility of almost exact length tolerances and excellent cut quality.

AT TUBOS DEL MEDITERRÁNEO WE HAVE TWO TYPES OF TUBE CUTTERS:

1. Single head cutters or tube by tube cutters, with a length tolerance of up to ± 1 mm and with the possibility of tube facing at the ends.
2. Bundle cutters, cutting the entire bundle, with length tolerances up to up to ± 1 mm.

 Minimum length 250 mm and maximum length 14,500 mm with tolerance ± 1 mm.
